The Pendoria shopping mall is in Pendik on İstanbul’s Asian side. Its architectural concept rests on combining the open and closed spaces.

It is an investment of the TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust. The texture of the monoblock panels on the façade attract attention. We dressed the building with Fibrobeton panels that measure 7.000 square meters.

The monoblock panels of 3x9 meters were produced as singular vertical pieces, so that there wouldn’t be any horizontal grout lines on the leafy façade. Vertical grouts were designed in wavy forms and were hidden behind the leafy surface texture creating a seamless façade system.

We built curved panels for the building’s curvy corners and the courtyard using the Fibro-Multiform ® technology. Fibro-Multiform ® panels were insulated and this helps with energy efficiency.

The motif depth on the panels is 8 cm and they were colored at the production stage. These factors support the longevity and easy maintenance of the façades.
